How long do cookies stay fresh?

If heat sealed in a bag, decorated cookies will remain fresh for at least a week. Decorated cookies stored in an airtight container can also be frozen for up to a month. Just thaw them at room temperature and enjoy!
 
Macarons are good for 7 days in the refrigerator. They freeze well, and will last up to a month in the freezer when stored in an airtight container.  When ready to eat, thaw them at room temperature and enjoy!

How should I store the cookies?

Decorated cookies should be stored at room temperature. There is no need to refrigerate them.
 
Macarons are recommended to be kept refrigerated or frozen. Take them out of the refrigerator or freezer and sit them at room temperature for 30 minutes prior to serving.

What allergens do your desserts contain?

Depending on the dessert, they can contain wheat, gluten, egg, tree nuts, soy, and dairy. Macarons are made with almond flour. I do operate out of a home kitchen that is not peanut or tree nut free. When a dessert does not contain nuts, I do take care not to cross contaminate for allergy purposes.

What’s the minimum amount of cookies I can order?

The minimum requirement for custom orders is one dozen for cookies, cupcakes, and macarons, with one flavor per dozen.

How far in advance should I place my order?

I require at least two weeks’ notice, but the sooner you place the order the better. Depending on the season, my schedule fills up fast.  I do not do rush orders.

What form of payment do you accept?

I accept cash and payments through Zelle, Venmo, or I can send an invoice. Orders are required to be paid in full to confirm your order. I will not begin an order until the full payment is made.

Do you individually bag cookies?

Yes, cookies can be bagged and heat sealed for freshness.  Individually bagging is included in the price of the cookies.

If I give you a picture of cookies that I like, can you make them look like that?

I appreciate any examples of cookies you provide so that I know what design you're going for.  If you send me pictures of cookies you like, I will use those as inspiration, but I will not copy someone else's work.

Do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be delivered upon request to customers within a 15 mile radius.  The delivery fee is $0.75 per mile.
